D2R Mobile Boss Rush & Kill Board Guide: 12 Stages, Diablo Clone & Ubers
Quick Answer
Unlock
After completing Hell — a twelve-stage boss gauntlet, not a difficulty.
The finale
Stage 11 is Diablo Clone; stage 12 is the three Uber bosses.
Kill Board
Every boss, tracked: kill count, first-kill time, Unique and Set drops, best and average clear times.
The Twelve-Stage Gauntlet
Boss Rush unlocks after completing Hell. Twelve stages, each a boss fight, escalating to the two fights the original game reserves for special occasions:
11
Diablo Clone
The walking gear-check — in the original game he exists to be hunted via Annihilus charms. Here he is a scheduled stop on the ladder to stage 12.
12
The Three Uber Bosses
Uber Andariel, Uber Duriel, Uber Izual — the original's premier gear check, and the final exam of the gauntlet.
The Kill Board
Per-boss stats: kills, times, drops
The Kill Board: Your Career Record
The Kill Board tracks, for every boss: the number of kills, the time of the first kill, how many Unique and Set items it has dropped for you, and your best and average kill times. It is a career scoreboard — and it works in both directions:
As a dashboard: your average kill time per boss is your true clear-speed metric — no more arguing with yourself about whether the run "felt slow".
As a farming planner: the Unique/Set drop counts tell you which boss has been generous and which owes you a paycheck. Combined with Elysium's first-kill-grade drops on every kill (Elysium guide), the Kill Board is how you pick tonight's farm loop.
Loadout Logic for Stage 12
Editorial judgment — the stage list is the project's; the preparation advice is our reasoning from how the original game's Uber fights work, applied to this format.
Max resists before damage. Uber-class fights punish resist holes harder than they reward raw DPS. Full resist caps plus absorb where available — the same rule the original taught, doubly true when stage 12 comes at the end of a gauntlet with no reset.
Bring the mercenary you actually geared. If you cleared the Greater Rift to level 10 and filled those six mercenary slots, stage 12 is where that investment pays rent.
Potions on autopilot. The port auto-drinks for you (healing below 50% life, rejuvenation below 30%, and feeds your mercenary by the same rule) — so your belt planning is about coverage, not twitch timing. Concentrate on positioning.
Bank your stats. The +1/+5 rewards from Rift clears compound here. A character that pairs Rift-level stat inflation with Uber-grade gear is playing a different game from a fresh Hell finisher.
Boss Rush FAQ
Do I fight all 12 stages in one run?
The project documents the mode as twelve unlock-gated stages (unlocked after Hell), with stage 11 and 12 named — it is structured as a progression, not documented as a single-sitting marathon. We will update this page as player reports settle the details.
Is the Kill Board per character or account-wide?
The project documents per-boss stats without specifying scope boundaries. As this guide is verified against future releases, we will state the exact scope here — for now, assume per-character and treat surprises as upside.
Do Uber drops include the Hellfire Torch equivalent?
The project documents the Uber trio's presence in stage 12, not their drop tables. The Kill Board's Unique/Set counters will tell you empirically — that is what it is for.
